That is a lot of weight to lose in just 2 weeks, doesn't sound safe to me. Do you have a swimsuit competition coming up or something?

ive done it too, but its all water weight. running in a sweat suit, sitting in a sauna all night.

i ended up deciding its easier to wrestle the 215 class then cut to 189 lol

ive sucked up to 12 lbs in 4 hours for wrestling, no water, cereal for breakfast, run a few miles on the treadmill with 3 or 4 layers of clothes and a sweater, and continuous spitting in a cup (this is my favorite, shows how stupid wrestlers can be).

man i was stupid back then. i wouldnt recommend it, you feel like absolute shit for 3 days after and you cramp up pretty bad.

Yeah it sucked. But I went from a 200Lb fat ass to a very skinny 130Lbs. Not soo n after I ended up in ICU because I got a staph infection, celiotus,TSS.Turns out I had crushed my immune system and I paid dearly for it. They thought they were gona have to amputate my leg and they said even them my chance of living was slim to none. But I survived and I have a big ass scare were they had to drain my Leg.

I don't think you would be able to loose that much weight in only 2 weeks safely.

It's only a reunion... Don't worry about it. Just try to loose weight naturally for it, otherwise you will feel weak and dehydrated for it.

Now im not trying to stand up for this but hypothetically and mathematically i wanna see if I can approach this. Lets say the average water weight and weight lost through laxatives in this two week span was 7 pounds. Now that leaves us with 8 pounds. If each pound like mentioned through other forums contains 3,500 calories thats a total of 27,000 calories that needs to be expelled from the body in 14 days. That means one would have to shed 1,950 cals of cardio a day which equates to around 2 1/2 hours of medium- high intensity elliptical. Now lets say you ate 600 cals a day, 30 carbs 120pro, youwould have to do 3 1/2 hours a day of cardio or 2 1/2 and an hour lifting to cancel out the calories eaten to eclipse those 15 pounds. Now mathematically this works but does it actual equate to 15 pounds lost? Say you took glutamine, amino acids among other things to help preserve muscle could this actually be done or does science fail and the human body's way of working surpass that?

I didn't say it should be done or you had to do it. Im purely saying if everything I said could be backed up through that whole scientific mumbo gumbo.
