Yes they are. I just wouldn't be happy with myself, even if I was getting ass all of the time. If having a nice body wasn't important, I would spend less time in the gym and more time meeting girls.

Yeah, it's not a good idea to let the gym consume you. I knew this guy who had no personality. All he did was go to the gym and eat. But he would spend like 4 hours a day in the gym. He was pretty strong but not that big. Hell he wasn't even all that strong. But he was like 19 or 20 and had never been laid or even had a girlfriend. I like having a nice body, but sooner or later somethings gotta give. I could never be like that.

obviously you havent brushed up on your ladder theory. only 20% is physical attractiveness. money/power is 50%. i have a friend just like you, he gets frustrated with girls who wont sleep with him, so he hooks up with young girls and sluts. for them the fact that he is older fills the "attraction" portion and he leases a jeep so they assume he has "money/power".
