    You know you're an AR member when...?!

    you measure your omelet by the cup and not by the egg


    you put more weight on the bar and lower your reps.


    you automatically know post #2 will read something like, " you are probably a moron but we will give you the benefit of the doubt. What are your Stats? Age, height, weight & experience?"


    you automatically know post #4 will read somthing like, " you need to do more research, train real hard for about another 7 to 13 years and eat everything that isn't nailed down."


    you are pulling for Nark so that he doesn't show up at home, drunk, with his bag of Mc Donalds. Staggering online to tell us how he nailed karaoke because they let him puck away at the ivorys while he belted out "Copa Cabana" by Barry Manilow.
