Any one know of a place stay in Costa Rica?

I was wondering if anyone knew of or had availiable a place to stay on the pacific coast of costa rica. Im planning on being there for a month this summer, starting may 4. Also, I've been once before, but if anyone has any good tips on how to live well on a budget in costa(transportation, food, where to visit, ect.) the info would be very much appreciated...

Costa Rica is the best place in central america. I think the beach cities
would be best. Maybe Jaco. (not sure of spelling) Surf. ect. People
are friendly and you don't have the machine guns like Mexico, Panama.

yah i know about this kind of stuff, i was just hoping someone had like a condo or something anywhere up the pacific coast or knew someone that did. trying to get a good deal. ive got a place for 26 a night but just fishing around...

no its a condo someone owns...its nice 2 bed 1 bath. its in jaco. it ends up being like 825 a month and i wanted to see if anyone had anything cheaper.

hopefully i wont get chopped up right?

Looks like this is your first time out of the country. Budget travel
is not cool any more. You will end up on the wrong side of the
tracks. I would plan on spending about 10 times that with meals go
first class.

?? no, if you read my initial post ive been there before on a surf trip last summer. i was able to travel pretty inexpensively. ive also been to peru. costa isnt that sketchy, i wouldnt chill in puntarenes and i wouldnt bring a girl with me or anything but jaco, hermosa, pavones....these places are all pretty cheap and not dangerous. also you can eat for dirt cheap too. i have the place for $26 a day from a guy who lives in florida and rents it out.

its pretty close to barranca though...ive not been in puntarenes but ive heard its one of the sketchier places...

in dominical, something called lizard or something, google it. great rooms right on the best breaks in CR. don't hit jaco/tamarindo or the other tourist holes if you wanna enjoy yourself, imo.
