I thought about even posting this thread because I thought everyone had to be a fan I just like "doing" things, not watching them. One person said how he was asked to play football. I was always asked to play too. Funny story, I played for a while and I was in the middle tackle (don't even know what position that is) and the quarter back knocked me down on a couple of tackles from the other team and literally ran on my back to score a touchdown. The whole team was cheering my tackling ability like I was a hero and the truth was he just knocked me down and I tripped on a couple of players. Hey, if it works (even if I had no clue what I was doing, almost like forrest gump)

sports make the world go round. love to play sports, watch sports, talk and fight about sports. cant wait for this summer so i can get more active. there is nothing like a homerun derby with the guys that are 220lbs+ all tested up. i love to golf and cycle as well. thinking about doing BJJ as well. things like work get in the way.

MMA, bodybuilding and abit of boxing are my preferred sports that i try to keep track of. Along with pro wrestling, which is not a sport though, but with bodybuilding, is my main passion.
If i see weightlifting or strongman on TV then il likely watch it, but dont go looking
the rest, i couldnt give a mosquitos testicle about.
i love the way people always assume your into sports, over here in UK, everyone just assumes you are a mad crazed football fan (and by football i mean the 'actual' football, where they really do use their feet hehe). truth be told, i couldnt care less if we dont win the world cupLast edited by Timm1704; 02-08-2007 at 02:45 PM.

i find watching most sports pretty boring. can get into watching basketball and hockey - espcially in the playoffs. love watching tennis the most... although a lot of people find it boring, i love the commentary and strategic components of the game - it's magic to watch someone like federer set up points, and how momentum in a match shifts between players. maybe it's because i love to play too.
