I usually get a solid 8 hours in at night and toss in a little 1-2 hour nap somewhere during the day.

I always fall asleep when I listen to those. I donīt know where you can get them if you donīt want to download them. Or just drink a glass of warm milk and read the bible.

I use a prescribed med called clonazepam (klonopin). Works like a charm. A little hard to ween off of though because the full nights rest while on them is addictive.

I envy people who can function on such little sleep. I guess I could to, it's just a matter of actually waking up. I'll go to bed usually around 4 or 5am and wake up anywhere between 10am-2pm. I'll set my alarm for 10 and keep hitting snooze until 2 sometimes. It's SO hard for me to get up.

They were originally prescribed to me for my excessive sweating problem I have. Klonopin has many uses. I guess one of the side effects is reduced sweating, but while on them I learned that they help you rest incredibly well. This is why I started taking them at night 1/2 hour before bed.

i get 3 hours tops... chronic insomnia since i was 12 ish or so. Usually i crash out about once a month and end up sleeping through a day.
