...and she's HOT! 19 years old and smokin' hot. I'm only 24 so I think it would be fair game...right? I don't think I could hire her though cause she would end up trying to take advantage of me (not in the good way) because she's hot and acts like she knows it.

I'm going to have to think about this one. Anyone else ever run into a similar situation with a coworker/assistant/secretary?

If I saw her out of the workplace, maybe. I think it would be a little unprofessional to call her back "Hey, you didn't get the job but do you want to out sometime?".

I'd do it, just be confident and make it happen..
I'd lead her to believe she had the job until "you get the job done" and then let her in on the bad news LMAO..
So ask her to dinner saying you want to talk about the job offer etc..

Not going to. She had experience in what I want her to do but she sounded like an idiot when she talked. I can't have her answering a call from a potential client and them not wanting to work with me because I hired an idiot.

no no, you should have hired her, then she would be forced to be around you day after day so you would have plenty of time to seal the deal. you could even fvck it up real bad and still have a good shot at it. if she fvcked up a potential client you could just contact the client and explain that you only hired her temporarially because she is really hot and you want to get laid real bad.

Why hire an idiot to do a job? Just because shes hot doesn't mean you need to hire her. And to tell you truth an 19 year old isn't always going to get with a 24year old...once they hit 21 then they up the antty, and 19 they're still babies bro.
