    Angry I Am Pissed!

Okay so I'm at the gym doing squats when I begin to change the weight. I put the weights on their little bar they go on and begin to grab another when an excruciating pain goes through my foot and up my body. I say, "ow," and my friend looks and me and asks if I dropped a weight on myself. I look down to see a 35 lb. plate laying there...
So it hurts a lot but I end up getting my leg workout in no problem and walk home fine. I take a nap... I wake up to find myself limping and it hurts to extend my foot too much. Now, I have plans to go to a club later and I plan on dancing so this isn't good news. All I can think of is to put ice on it and pop some painkillers...
Come to think of it I don't recall where that 35 lb. plate came from! I wasn't even using them and I sure don't recall moving it to grab another weight... Maybe God doesn't want me to dance

i highly doubt you dropped a 35 lbs plate on your foot and didn't notice it ,unless you workout in steal-tip boots. I did this before without the plate fully hitting my foot and it hurt like a bitch.

How is you're foot? I'm sure if it fell in you're foot you would feel something right away.

Lol no, no... I did feel it but I didn't pull my foot away and start making faces I just stood there and said ow, which isn't common with me. I guess it just suprised me beyond the point of reacting...

Ouch, that's going to be a bad bruise. The thing about foot injuries is a small bruise can lead to a lot of pain! I remember the last time I bruised my foot, a simple bruise, it lead me to be in excruciating pain that made me want to throw up! Has something to do with the nerves, I guess. But I just took a few Norco's and actually ended up going to a club myself, that night! LOL.

Was there alot of 35lbs plates on one tree? Maybe one was just barely on there and when you grab the 45 the other fell and landed on your foot? Either way bad luck man.
