    Her upper body strength is extremely impressive. To see a women bench 400 lbs. Her genetics are incredible to achieve that, which I guess is an understatement. I have been training elite level athletes for
    around 4 years now and I have never seen an athlete like that. WOW!!!

    even tho she'd probably end up throwing me across the room...that be pretty fun

    I wonder if she benches more than me? I really don't know if I could do 402 shirted..prolly if i trained for it. Can anyone tell if that shirt is single ply of double ply?
