Someone please find me an article..

That proves that milk slows down the digestion of whey protein. I'm in a long argument with a douche from another board and I found a good article before but I can't find it again

i have had this discussion with one of the wrestlers i often work with, he is the guy that trained me from the start. when he first mentioned it to me i had not done any research on the issue, so just said "oh i never heard that", i also didnt believe him, as he thinks he knows so much more than he actually does. lo and behold, i was right to doubt him.

not an article, im just bored and fancied a type

Fat and complex carbs will slow the digestion of it, which is in certain types of milk (Fat). Sorry no article though

Theres nothing wrong per say, with slowing the digestion of whey. IMO it is a good idea most of the time as whey can be wasted due to it being absorbed so quickly, if I am not mistaken.

Whole milk If you are a true hardgainer and you're trying to get big, don't drink skim or low-fat milk! Those are for dieters. Sixteen ounces of whole milk provide 16 g of protein and 16 g of fat. The fat in milk tends to be made up of shorter chains than the fats found in other foods. Short-chain fats are slightly anabolic , helping prevent muscle breakdown, and they are a little less likely to be stored as bodyfat than many other types of dietary fat.

The fat in milk also helps the body absorb vitamin D, which recently has been found to reduce the risk of cancer. It's no accident that bodybuilders in the '60s and '70s--guys such as Arnold and Franco, true mass monsters by any standard--drank a lot of whole milk.
this is out of flex magazine.not exactly what you were looking for.
