Looking for another activity...
I need something to do all the time and ihate being bored.. so im looking into another hobby outside of weightlifting... Lifting weights and dieting is my passions... but you all know there only a certain number of hours a week you can be in the gym and your done
So im looking into doing some form of martial arts.. i want something that will coincide, or atleast not hinder my weight lifting.. so i dont wanna do anything to physical IE ultimate fighting stuff lol... So you guys with martial arts experiecne what would you recomend?... I think its between Tai chi, yoga, or tae kan do(sp?)... suggestions?

yoga is good, i do brazilian jiu jitsu. also its not a martial art but if you have a climbing gym in your area, its a great workout. definately a good fatburner, you are working your muscles but your heartrate isnt cardio high. ive really started getting into climbing, sounds weird but it really relaxes me too, you have to focus on the wall and relax. everytime you get a little better.

If you really want to do something that passes the time and is beneficial in just about anything you will ever do in life, learn another language!

Go to the mall with your gf or wife. God knows that would take up any free time you have
