    how long does it take

    howdy, i sent a recorded letter from the uk to america last saturday.
    does anyone know how long its likely to take to arrive.

    I sent stuff to a friend in Iraq and he got it in 9 days so it would probably be faster than that, I'd think.

    It can take up to a week I used to send ebay stuff to the states all the time, funny it only took four days for a parcel from china to arrive though.

    its a week tommorrow, i sent it recorded, that means they have to sign right?

    takes 5 days for an airmail letter usually for me, and i send a lot. thats to north east, depends where in the US u send it, its a big country
