hockey tongiht
so im playing hockey tonight at 12 a.m, and i was wondering what foods i can eat that will give me a good amount of energy. i was thinking some oatmeal with a little protein an hour before i play. its not for another few hours so i thought id get some input.
its pretty tiring, last time we played for 2 hours with just 5 on 5, no substitutes.

I always eat pasta prior to hockey. Wow 2 hours 5-5 is insane
