well about 3 weeks ago i was fighting with my friend and I hurt my elbow and that just heeled up about 1 week ago and then i went bowling and threw my arm out that just heeled up about 3 days ago...and then thursday night I was walking to my place and I fell on the ice and bent my wrist backwards.
it hurts really bad and i can hardly bend it. So what should i do?
Should I go to the Dr. and have it looked at or should I just give it some time to heal....I dont really want to go to the Dr. because I dont want to spend that much money. Should I quit lifting untill it heals? or what.
and to top it all off i'm 4 weeks into my cycle
