    Can i be fired for juicing?

    So... i work at this high end fitness center, spa, and cafe bullshit where veryone is fake and catty and they gossip about everything...

    Now i get the feeling when I start coming in back at 220 and benching 6 plates they may start to ask questions and assume something. Can they legally fire me i mean I dont think its the same if i came in all coked up or something..

    Look at your employment contract regarding controlled substances. If you don't have one, yes they could with proof like gixxer said.

    I dont know the law in the states, but in Canada, its illegal to BUY roids, not USE them, so if its like here, then it would be like them finding out you drink, they cant fire you over it, unless you were using the workplace to do it. So I dont think they can as its NOT illegal to USE it, only to BUY it. Thats my guess, My P.T. uses it, and he works at my gym, and they dont aprove but they cant do anything to him about it.

    they cant fire you for steroids without proof, but they can fire you for an array of other lame reasons instead
