The Number 23
Okay so none of the critics liked it, big surprise.
Jim exhibited great range, though they refuse to credit him opting instead for typecasting. The premise is a good one and people have obsessed over lesser things. I found it intriguing throughout, though it slows at times.
So what makes this flick worth your now $35 ticket ($25 for a matinee)? "The ending", you’ll never see this one coming. When you do get it, and you will, the only word you'll be able to find is "WOW"!
Disclaimer: This movie is not recommended for the less than avid movie-goer. However if you have penchant for the silver screen, or you're a big Carrey fan, do see it.

Going to see it this weekend.
Like Nova, I'm a big fan and can accept his evolution towards the serious.

I personally thought it was just ok. Carrey needs to come out with the ultimate comedy, bring back the dumb and dumber days. His last movie was weak as well. I have yet to talk to someone who really loved this movie.

it looks interesting to me, i never follow the critics anymore. They only like movies that promote a message. Sometimes you just want to see a funny or scary or drama filled movie without championing a cause.

I think he means taking a gal, popcorn and drink.
11 bucks per ticket x 2 = 22
Large popcorn = 6
Large drink = 6
1 condom = 1
35 total =]

You guys are too serious.
Tickets "LITERALLY" cost an absurdly ridiculous $7.50 before 6pm, and $9.50 after that with no student/senior/handicapped/minority/veteran/Katrina or any other kind of discount!

Talking of movies did anyone see the 2007 Oscars? Jack Nicholson looks like Gary Glitter! (one for the UK lads)
23 does look quite good though and its a shame when they typecast actors. I dont know how Jim Carey does but some cant get away from their origins. Tom Hanks for instance is good in comedies but I really cant stand him in serious roles.
