LL COOL J & Juice on Jimmy Kimmel

So, I was watching Jimmy Kimmel last night and llcoolj was on pimping his new workout book. Dude is looking pretty cut, so of course he denies all rumors and allegations about steriods and plastic surgery and what not saying he got in shape all by himself. Then towards the end of the segment, he starts to talk about getting Jimmy in shape because he is a little soft. Then, out of the blue, llcoolj mimics the motions of giving Jimmy a shot of juice. He pretends like he has syringe in his hand, taps it a few times and then shoots Jimmy on the arm. Now, this automatically doesn't make him a juicer, but come on? He certainly gave me the impression that he was familar with AS. What do you guys think? Did anybody see the show? I bet $20 llcoolj at least took some d-bol or hgh.

I saw it but like chest said a lot of people that don't know a thing about it would do the same thing if they were imitating the use of a syringe. Also, he isn't in the place where admitting to any kind of drug would be smart from a business standpoint. I personally don't care if he uses or not, he's in great shape regardless.

Although, I'm sure he (amoung with other celebs who are in shape) enlisted in an HRT clinic and get whatever they want.... they also have the best personal trainers and nutritionists out there.

Just curious when everybody says they have the "Best Personal Trainers and Nuritionist's Out There", does it even matter. I mean for the most part most of us know exactly what we need to eat and how to lift to achieve muscularity.

So it's always beneficial to have a trainer to drive you. Why do you think pro's use guys like Charles Glass and Haney Rambou? they know how train and diet... but having someone to look after it helps you

Yes, having someone who has traveled the journey to their physical peak makes a huge difference. It is one thing to read it in mag, and then go and try it out and see what happens. But to have someone there who knows how to push you in the right direction makes a difference.

Anyone at the gym regardless of who they are, can use gear. It's a 50/50 shot anytime you look at a person and wonder about it.
So whats the big deal everyone has with LL. It's okay to admire, and maybe people are jealous. Or maybe he made a gesture YOU are familiar with. So instantly you think his ideas are closer to yours than they really are.

No you whore, but I do know the guy who trains him well and I know he doesn't juice because we talk alot. Like you said it's not like he has this unbeleivable body. He looks fit.
