    ok yes i kno not ever possible. but anyway

    what if u got liposuction all over and removed alllll the fat cells from ur body. what would happen if u ate fat

    cant live with no fat.

    You need fat. Fat isnt just visible. Fat coats your organs..helps membranes etc etc..
