    Wow. Makes me wanna turn right around and go back to the gym. A couple of questions: Who is the guy spotting Ronnie on his front squats? He looks like a Village person on juice with the mustache and daisy dukes. Second, where was this shot at? Do all the top BB'rs normally workout together? ****, that would be awesome at that gym. You would have no choice but to get bigger and stronger.

    1. Its Brian Dobson, the owner of Metroflex and the entire reason you know who Ronnie Coleman is. Also got Branch Warren, (the guy benching db's in the begining.)Into Bodybuilding as well.

    2. Metroflex gym in arlington? texas. Where Ronnie Coleman and Branch Warren train.

    3.Some top B.B. Train together. And Some like to train with up and coming amatuers because they are still hungry and they feed off of each other. Just depends. Hell Ive seen/read that some pros train with normal guys that just have alot of heart.

    It's ironic that they would use Rollins' spoken word to overdub a bodybuilding video...since he doesn't think much of either bodybuilding or bodybuilders.
