Planet fitness - Lunk alert!
Due to my new line of work being mostly nights now I needed a gym to hit after hours. The only 24 hour gym not too far out of my way was a planet fitness so I joined up the other day.
The puny little man behind the desk thought he better warn me in advance about something called their lunk alert since I was a "big guy". I never laguhed so hard in my life! a little alarm goes off if you drop weights or grunt. I saw the same little fella training someone last night and he was working with like 175 on the bench for 3-4 reps. I politely stated that maybe with a little grunting he could lift as much as my girlfriend before June.

When the club closes down myself and another bouncer go there at about 4am. Even a few girls from the club signed up, I'm going to have all of the dancers there on GH and var before springs over with

I think if it's enforced properly it could be a good idea. I don't mind grunting, but when somebody is doing incline presses with 50 pound dumbells and finishes their set easily and just drops them to the ground, there is no need for that. It's just ridiculous how some people drop weights for no reason at my gym.

Same gym, in PA ... 10 bucks a month but they don't have any DB's over 60 ... it's ridiculous .... go there cuz of my schedule too .... but I'm so limited.

y100 hit it on the head! Not a dumbell over 60lbs in the joint. They barely have over a thousand pounds total in free weights...thank goid I go in at 4am, there might be a couple of people on the treadmills at that time so I'm good.

i worked out at a planet fitness for a month or so since my friend had this membership where he could bring one friend free each visit. I went in there at about 220lbs at 5'10.. i tossed 3 plates on each side of the bench and some stupid puny yoga instructor type fool asked me if i needed help taking the weight off... after i told him i was putting it ON he snickered and left..i found him gossiping with some one else about me later on... such a bullshit gym... its purple and yellow... i thought the motto was "where you fit in"
now i know I dont fit in hahha. i was the only guy there who worked out in a beater and had gloves and a weight belt.. the rest just go there so they can suck cock in the steam room!
