    Angry USPS overnight package

I was suppose to get my sup. today by noon. It was sent locally by USPS (overnight). It's not here yet, I'm freaking out a lil after all it's the gov. serv.
could it have been seized - in that case what happens next?

1st package was sent incomplete, only half the order. My guy was out of town for a few, so I was running out - had him send the rest ASAP.

ok, so the man sent the package to the wrong add. Instead of S, he wrote a 5. So some guy signed for it. How do I retrieve it though. I bet he/she already opened the package FVCK!
