I have been on a two week vacation I was in houston Texas for a week I trained everyday. I flew into Denver 2 days ago I am now in the mountains chillin with a friend but the problem here is that I altitude has got me all F#*ked up can't sleep. I am gettin over the muscle soreness should I just take the rest of the week off or Should I go lift???? Do any of u guys have any remedies for deallin with the altitude???
