Chinese food
I'm on a bulking phase and as y'all know bulking needs someone to eat 4-6 solid meals per day. Basically i cook two meals and the other two meals i eat @ a chinese restaurant. I've noticed chinese foods are too fatty. I mean after eating, i notice fat left sticking on the plate. Is it advisable to eat chinese while bulking or should i look for another alternative.

It really depends on exactly what it is you're eating...some Chinese food is exceptionally healthy for you...some of it isn't at all healthy.

my gf came to town wednesday for car show, she wanted chinese and my mate took her to japanese, and she went crazy. and left town straight away
my opinion is dont go near chinese!!! or jap

because its my only real expirence with chinese food in the past 4 months, shes russian, and my friend said all the ****in russians eat there, and she got pissed and left. russian girls r the best crazy girls

the only chinese I ever get is the steamed chicken & veggies..I get them to add more chicken for 2 dolla maw

Stay away from chinese food, unless you prepare it yourself. Futhermore, one of the cardinal rules of bodybuilding is to prepare all your meals yourself. It's not that hard to cook some brown rice, steam some vegetables and throw in some protien and Bragg's BCAA (ask for it at your local health foods store, it is a healthy alternative to soy sauce.) on top for flavoring. I wouldn't trust anything from a "Go-Go China" type restaraunt as it will only make you fat. They use lots of fillers, sodium and grease, not to mention you should be eating brown instead of white rice.
