    Flag Football

    Few friends and I are starting up a 4x4 flag football team and I was wondering if anyone of you had/know a place to get a playbook for free

    i've never seen 4 on 4 plays but i've found 7 on 7 playbooks on the net. most of the sites i looked at gave a few plays and then they offered they're can't lose playbooks for an outrageous price.

    just try putin one together...4x4 shouldnt be too hard i do it for our 7x7 flag football intramural team

    we had the most success going with an empty backfield, 3 lineman, 3 receivers and basically playing streetball. this will work if your qb is mobile and you have some speed and playmaking ability at wr.
