how many dumps a day
Ever since i started bodybuilding 4 years ago, my increased food intake has resulted in more dumps. I was wondering if i was average in dump frequency.
I dump at LEAST 4 times a day.

on gear 2-3 bowl fillers a day. like i can clear the water on the regular. now its just 1-2 massive dumps.

My record is 6, that was when I was on DBol and super hungry and ate 10 meals that day. Usually I hit 3 or 4

If you're shitting 4-5times/day you should realize your caloric intake is way above what your body needs OR your food choices aren't the greatest producing a lot of unneeded waste.

3 times...usually pretty firm....not too soft...just right...unless ive eat chineese food.....then.....kattie bar the door.....instant runs.....dont know what it is about that stuff.....and for the guy thats constipated....take 1 tble spoon of epsom salt to an 8 oz glass of water.....down it.....15 min later you be wearing the tolet out....

Before I started Lifting about a year ago It was once a day or every other day, once I stepped up my food Intake and eating better It was 2-3 times a day.

One time in college, my roommates and I started a bodybuilding competition to see who could gain the most muscle. So we all started eating like 6x a day, most of our meals consisted of a yam, a can of chili and a can of tuna. Eventually, after a while we all started shitting so much on that diet we had to quit causes our asses were so sore. One guy got it really bad, and complained constantly. It's really fun stuff looking back now. Anyways, I think a basic rule of thumb should be one dump per meal if your system is heathly. This goes for anybody, just not bodybuilders.
