ok.. in one of those FAMILY SIZE LASAGNAS from STOUFFERS .. wat are the stats per serving and how many serverings are there in that giant thing..
kuz once i have ate the whole thing in one sitting (and it was AWSOME!)

This reminds me. I am actually going to go out and eat like an animal tomorrow. Been laid out with injuries and shit lately. Finally back in the gym for the first time tonight after over a week off with a dislocated shoulder. Probably shouldnt be working out yet cuz I dont even have my ultrasound results but **** it. So tomorrow I am going with my roomie to an all you can eat pizza buffet. Dont ask my why Im doing it but right now I dont care LMAO.

that lasagna is not bad for you @ all.
They have little individual portions that have around 500clas annd are great snacks or meals during the day.
Find them in your grocers freezer isle!

lol dood their lasagna goes down SO SMOOTHE i swear i could probably do 3 of them in one day :emmmm: its crazy i don know how they do it but its like u kan keep eating on it for ever and never get full

firstu do cardio.. farily intense
then u go grocery shopping.. WHILE YOUR HUNGRY.. come bak immediatly cook it.. (the whole concept is like havin ur gf strip for ya then not hump ya, increasing the anticipation)
