I just wanted to tell everyone thanks for all the advice they have posted. I am not a very active member in the way of posting, but I do try and read a lot of the tips and diet info. They are all great. I still do not look like much, but I have noticed a great gain in my strength and size in the upper body (comparing to what I used to be), and I'm feeling great.

Again, thanks a lot guys, and please, keep the great posts coming

Thats the only thing I can come to buy seeing your username.

I'm 18 and going to be graduating high school in the beginning of June.
