Im trying to start an e-gold account...but the directions seem very unclear.
It's telling me I have to go to another site to buy the metal.

Well how do you know what metal to buy? Does it matter? Is it safe?

Or will the company Im giving it to tell me what to do and what to buy?

Is there anyone here that has used it that can help me understand this a little better?

Im with you on W/U. I dont like it..if you do test q/a they dont ask for i.d. it seems..
cash in mail is good but typically guys wont accept unless they know you..plus it takes a few days to get to them..and w/u or green dot is instant

egold isnt that bad once u got an acc just go to a brokers site then transfer the broker some money from ur bank they put in ur egold acc then u login and transfer it to mr sources egold acc,done,paypal used to work similar to this when it started,like u say its the only option other than cash sometimes

no,cheaper than paypal or wu,about 2% from the broker and whatever egold charges its confusing (but not rocket science) because its calculated in oz of gold rather than currency but over 1oz ($21ish) is 1.5%,i love egold b/c so does mr source and they wont roll over to the feds on u b/c they are offshore

Ok.. i was informed I had to go to my bank and deposit money into teh brokers account from my bank account. That's too much hassle. It would be easier if they took c/c.
