good luck bro....what class you going to be in....i live in Airdrie bro and wil be in Edmonton to watch, even though i am qualified for them this year, i dont thing i will be in there this year, next for sure...but i will be cheering for you for sure...best of luck...

yeah i hear the home field advantage part but i havent had the time to focus on my training as i just started a new job since i moved back here... i am still kinda undecided i guess but lweaning towards the year off to prep for next year and owning the heavies....

i hear ya man...if i do them this year i would come in at 245 prolly but i am tall as well so one more year and i will be 265 and 6' tall and i like my chances...where you train here in Calgary? i am up in Airdrie at the rec center...

thx....here are some pics from the show...I placed 3rd in the welter class of 10. It was the biggest Canadian nationals ever with 210 competitors. Prejudging was 7 hours long!!!

Next year Canadas are sept. 6/08 in Montreal.

Congrats on your placing.

Judging by the photos, the placings in that show were wacky. I don't see how the middle weight won the over all looking at some of the other guys. I guess I'd have to be there or see more photos.

thnx... I thought Ron Partlow (SHW) was a lttle sharper and much larger.

Nice to know you don't need to be 240+ to win it all!!!

Anyone know how to convert a DivX Author Project file in something useable?
