    learn a proper diet so i can be bigger than i am now by the time i was 18

    1,only do what makes you happy as long as it doesnt make others unhappy(personal note to dad.....cheers )

    2,always get the first punch in(didnt realise till my later years this usualy stops a fight quickly)
