wtf...i never ate that much bulking....wtf are you guys eating? gold?
i spend about $70 a week, bulking on lean ground beef, chicken, beans, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, and eggs.
I spend 80-100 at the food store every week and i also eat out a lot. I dont know how you can do it at 170 ever 3 weeks. I have notice my food store in North Jersey is a lot more expensive then it was in Philly.
i'm at around $100-$130 every saturday... Find a wholesale place and you can cut some dollars there as well
wtf???????????????200?
is that pesatas,dollars or pounds?
in england basic food you need to bulk costs roughly;
12 eggs £1.20
6 large chicken breasts £4.50
easy cook rice 20 servings £2.00
porridge x 1 kg £3.00
5kg potatoes £2.50
total £13.20
if you ate this every day it would cost around £92.40 approx $185.00 per week.and im pretty goddamn sure you wont eat that much everyday
Yeah ill be living in this studio style apt for 5 weeks this summer during summer sessions at my college. It kinda sucks becuase there is no oven but there is a stove top and Ill have my george sent home with my blender and microwave so thats all I will need. I figure for the month it shouldnt run me more than 300 bucks for food.
Eggs 6 bucks for 5 dozen
Oats 3 bucks for 30 servings
Tuna ( 50 cent cans at walmart is a blessing)
Cottage Cheese
Whey
Frozen chicken breasts
cheap canned veggies
Ill be aright for a month ha
my bad double post
no joke where are you guys spending all this money i guarantee i spend no more than 50$ a week.........
I dont know how you shop. I just spend $50 at the food store and i ran to just get a couple things i needed. I went through the 12 item or less line.Originally Posted by Haro3
right now im not on, I eat out alot, average $40 per day, thats $280-$300??......ouch , so thats where all my money goes
Personally, i spend about $100.00 at the grocery store alone every week...that doesn't count eating out.
My shoppping list for the week..
THIS IS NOT THE CHEAPEST WAY OF GOIN THATS FOR SURE..
I drink about $6 in protein shakes a day.. thats 2 a day...
thats 42$ over a week.
Lunch at WORK.. is usually around $7 a day, thats usually ordering a large pizza or some other meal.. so 49$ there. (save me the preaching!)
I usually eat.. $10 worth of steak a week, plus $5 in steak fries or so.
than i usually buy chicken breast runs about $14 a week...
thats 120$ so far.
Go atleast through one cereal box.. 125 maybe
MILK n EGGS.. 135 or so.
miscellanous stuff like mac n cheese, tuna, oats whatever... maybe 150 ish than..
150$ a week, and its a decent bulker.
you know it brother. 800 a month of food. thankfully I love eating and its my favorite passtime. lolOriginally Posted by Pooks

yeop, if I goto costco, its cut down a bit. But I goto a few other wholesalers, but evenstill, it cost me alot of cash to eat... I buy bulk bags of chicken breast, lots of tuna (dont actually eat dolphin), 2-3 cartons of eggs, lean beef etc... I just figure if you eat to get big, you may as well do it right.Originally Posted by heavyhitter08
I hate eating out though, Id much rather cook for myself and keep my simple boring life in order. lol
