I'm looking for some suggested reading in the following areas...
- Bodybuilding nutrition
- Contest preparation
- Biochemistry
- Myophysiology
Or any other good readings..? Thanks. If this is in the wrong forum, move accordingly, wasn't sure.

CHRIS ACETO all the way
Look for "Everything you want to know about fat loss"
one of his best!!
you found it. here.
Fella's, do you think Aceto's book would be a good choice for fighters? I know next to nothing about dieting, but I would think our nutritional requirements would be much different than a body builders? From the reviews I've read on Amazon it seems great, although he seems to put some empahasis on lower carbs, than i think would be beneficial for a fighter. Any thoughts. Thanks
Fighters need a different diet I think, way to much cardio and calorie burning to follow bodybuilding diet, need alot more carbs, good ones though.
dhriscerr, thanks I have been checking out amazon and found a few titles that may be some count. We do a ton of cardio. I am currently trying to work out 2a days that amount to about 4 hrs of training. Lately my weight has stagnated though so I am sure its my diet.
Where did you guys buy your books? I didnt find any Chris Aceto books on Ebay
