Anything by Chris Aceto,
works with Jay Cutler and alot of what he writes/says is followed by alot of us here on this board. (Even though alot of members have a beef with flex magazine and muscle and fitness which chris writes for)

Fella's, do you think Aceto's book would be a good choice for fighters? I know next to nothing about dieting, but I would think our nutritional requirements would be much different than a body builders? From the reviews I've read on Amazon it seems great, although he seems to put some empahasis on lower carbs, than i think would be beneficial for a fighter. Any thoughts. Thanks

Fighters need a different diet I think, way to much cardio and calorie burning to follow bodybuilding diet, need alot more carbs, good ones though.

dhriscerr, thanks I have been checking out amazon and found a few titles that may be some count. We do a ton of cardio. I am currently trying to work out 2a days that amount to about 4 hrs of training. Lately my weight has stagnated though so I am sure its my diet.
