    back and getting bigger then ever

    Hey all just thought i would say whats up to all that have helped me over the past few years. I bummed my shoulder bad and had to take 6 months off the gym.( shoulder was unrelated to the the gym though) Anyways i have been hitting hard again and the weight is jumping back on... Natural gains feel so good, so as long as they keep coming i am just gonna be here to try and put somthing amazing together for later so i will mostly just be reading and asking a few questions...........
