just in the mood to rant, as im well fvcked off with my training right now. heres some background info:
I had arthroscopic surgery on my AC joint, left shoulder, on march 3rd 2004, they removed the end of my clavicle.
I get slight shoulder pain every so often, both shoulders, and i dont believe it to be related to the surgery, as its an entirely different type of pain, and lasts usually around 2 weeks. each time i start worrying that my shoulder is bad again, only for any discomfort to disappear without any trace that there was ever a problem.
I was all set to start a tren/prop cycle about 2 weeks ago, had spent alot of cash (for me) on the 6 week cycle, and was salivating at the thought of starting, and running tren for the first time.
The shoulder is playing up, and this time, its more serious than usual. its the same type of pain as before the surgery, and has now been a problem for around a month, maybe more.
I can train my back just fine, arms too, although some triceps exercises cause the shoulder pain. obviously legs are not affected. Even shoulders arent much of a problem to train, as with alittle adjustment to the way I perform overhead dumbbell presses, I can toast my delts and traps just fine, because all lateral movements arent a problem.
The problem is my chest. i cant press, i can barely fly, although I can do dumbbell pullovers, and in the morning will attempt bodyweight dips.
Just when my wrestling career was on the up, i was all set to start my bulking cycle, and was all looking forward to having a fresh start after leaving my old nightime job, a shoulder problem pops up. HO-HUM!
The plan is to train AROUND the pain (which isnt horrendously painful, but enough to let me know something is wrong), and get on to my specialist who dealt with me before. After talking with Bino, I have ideas on what the problem could be. I am also taking a glucosamine supplement to see if this helps, plus its never a bad idea to get in the habit of taking a joint support formula.
I shall continue wrestling atleast on a monthly basis, as i can wrestle without it being a problem. I just wont look my best, and in professional wrestling it means alot
Then, finally, when i feel I can train 100% and that my shoulder is ok, I will start my cycle. Boy howdee my receptors will be crying out for the gear by then lol.
OK, rant over, I just needed to moan
