Damnit man...I need to rant. This week at the gym has been OVERALL F-IN SHIIITTTYYY. I am on the second week of my cycle and I am just out of it for some reason. I think I slept on my shoulder wrong because it has been having a pain all day and today was shoulder day. Yesterday I think I psyched myself out of back day. I was amped up all day to go and when I got the gym I felt like a lazy bum. I just couldn't get into it mentally at ALL. Monday I was trying to see how many times I could do 295 and I forgot a 35lb plate on one side like a f-in gomerod. Ruined my whole bench. I am pretty stressed at work this week and I am itching to get out of school. Could any of this have anything to do with it? Plus been having some women issues. My mental edge has left the ****in' gym and I'm ON a cycle....this ever happened to anybody?

i think your just stressing yourself out, maybe the juice is getting to your head just try to calm down bro and just keep telling yourself that youre going to be f-ing diesel and you need to train hard

Yea I mean I know for a fact it is all mental but hopefully it will get better next week...I got legs tomorrow so we'll see...

damn...nothing like a mean ass leg workout to get back into the swing of things. I can hardly walk lmao. I think I just needed to get some shit off my chest to my woman and take these 2 tests I had today or somethin'. But I feel like I am back....good deal...
