i would say that COMPLETELY ***ends on where its located...there is a crap hole pizzeria in my town that is open til 4 am....right in the middle of town where all the bars are....they do more business from 10pm-4am than they do all day...

my one buddy works as the pizza maker at one of the bigger pizzerias around here.......I know they do over 350 pies a day on an average day.

actually after doing some calculations it showed that after paying salaries and costs of goods a 110 pizza's a day just wont do it

A big key to sucessful pizza restaurants is making a dinner menu, not just pizzas. Selling just pizzas you wont make shit.

XMOE...hell yea they sell AT LEAST 350 pies a day....Keep in mind its the biggest pizzeria in town with its own parking lot..its not in a strip mall or anytthing.....its a free standing building w about 18 or so ,4person tables. They have at least 4 guys workin the counter all the time. Pizza is cheap to make..& its all cash baby..a large pie there is about 15bux

I used to work at 2 pizza places. first when i worked at on a friday and sat night would get 400+ out the door with in 3 or 4 hours. and on a normal day at least 300 pizza's
the one i worked at after that also prob did about 200-300 pizzas a day. but definetly not as busy.
its really all about location and reputation in pizza sales.
