I know this is off but I wanted to see how off it is. Cause I know I am not 3%. Check out this site and tell me how it adds up and how off in your opinion it is.

Its pretty far off, it doesnt incorporate your height, you need that in the bodyfat calc. also it gives you a bmr (Basil Metabolic Rate) There are a few items missing in that calc. as well like physical activity. Not a reliable way to figure your bodyfat, but fun to play with.

This thing is a giant TURD!

I like the logic used. You are X lbs and have an X inch waist you must be X% bodyfat. Right! This is probably the most inaccurate BF testing method I've ever seen. Is this some fool's idea of a joke?
Check out the MaxRep calculator. Same screwy logic used here.

that calulator is crap. now it is perfectly possible to predict bodyfat on measurements (the military has loads of data on this) but you need something like 7 different measurements to do it. i have a tanita scale at home (i know that they are off too, but its much better than this junk), and it says im 18% (been out of town for a month) while the website says 10%. there is no way i am 10%
