    Lift Strong! (Please Read)

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm friends with Alwyn Cosgrove, who is a world class strength coach who has trained several world class and Olympic level athletes...in addition to being an international champion in Tae Kwon Do.

Anyway..he's a double cancer survivor, and has asked his friends in the industry to help raise money for the cause...

It's the fitness industry contributing for cancer, and it's called "LiftStrong"...

Basically, for about $25 you get a CDRom with 800 pages of articles by the biggest names in the training and diet industry...there's no steorid info...but it's all good stuff that the average member of steroid.com can benefit from...so check it out, and buy a copy:

    http://alwyncosgrove.blogspot.com/20...ft-strong.html

I say the steroid community beats the fitness industry. In the "Notes" area when you order.....put "Steroid.com" or "Steroids"...I think we (steroid community, steroid-users) can put more into the cause than anyone else...and I'd love to see it...

Imagine steroid users coming together to donate more money than anybody else to a cause like Cancer? It would shock the shit out of everyone....Alwyn Raised $10k already, last week...lets put more than that into the cause, this week...

I think we can do it pretty easily...just buy a copy..

I've got 6 copies on their way to me already.

I'm not asking you to donate shit...I'm asking you to make a purchase that'll help your training out. You're here on steroid.com, so you already train and eat right ( I hope)...so the CDRom is probably the best 25 bucks you'll spend this year anyway...

800 pages....it's a deal, and it all goes to a good cause. Anyway, I met Alwyn at a seminar over a year ago, and he's been a truely great guy to know...if you listened to my last radio interview, you'll recognize the name, because I mentioned him as being one of the guys who helped me out immesurably since I've gotten started in the industry....

This is a chance for me to say thanks. Anyway...here's a photo of me and him, at a seminar that we both spoke at:

You can to directly to http://www.liftstrong.com/ if you want the CDrom...I personally know most of the authors on it, and if you order it, I'll divulge an embarrassing story about each of them!

If anyone's interested...I already raised $1k with the kids I coach, for Cancer through St.Baldricks (the "Shave your head for Cancer" people)...then I heard about this cause a couple weeks later, and I'm trying to get $10k worth of steroid-user-contributions for this one...

What I actually decided to do with my 6 CDRoms is I gave them away to my personal training clients, and will order some more, I think.
