Naval intelligence is as good as it gets...

It supersedes any level of intelligence orchestrated by the United States, whether it be FBI, CIA, NSA, ect., ect....

i really cant speak on intelligence and the military i do know that the military will pay for 3 yrs of your med school if you give them three years service you go in as a captain and can choose where your stationed. no overseas unless you reenlist after that three years and the pay is above average. for vets its about 70k yr right out of school

I was a Cryptologic Technician in the Navy for 4 years. In that time I did two ***loyments and got to see the tactical side to military intelligence and I used it in indications and warning to protect my battle group.

During my enlistment I was able to visit NSA and complete a LOT of different classes to supplement my training and I'll be honest... intel is the way to go. From a quality of life standpoint it really is the best to know what is happening at all times. Some dudes on my ship wouldn't even know where we were but I always knew what we were doing months ahead of time.

Intel is sick as hell and really interesting. Oh and saving the world is fun.

What job opportunities did it open up for you and what are you currently employed doing?
