The main speciality of the GTR is its ability to beat cars that are twice its price eg the 911 Turbo.
these times are predictions that nissan are saying, i cant wait to see what it will do.
Nissan are using a 997 turbo as their benchmark car to beat.
Im aware its harder to get faster with a fast car i used to do alot of drag racing, i once spent $1000 to get a second off my time, and another time i spent $8000 to shave .7sec off
oh wow i didtn realize the thing was gonna b pushin that amount of power! i was under the impression high 3s, low 4s

well dat makes sense then LOL

the all wheel drive helps too. look at the times of the all wheel drive cars you mentioned(the porsche) and the lowest power, the GTR should have 70hp more and hopefully , if they meet their target weight, alot less weight. so power is not always everything. i knew a guy that added 150hp shot of gas and ran slower times with it..
true...wats the point of having a bazillion horse if ya cant get the car to hook

but SINCE its awd like u mentioned shuldnt b a prob

Btw, what is the price difference? That would ultimately make the decision for me, but I'm not sure what your financial status is.
Im going to target to purchase in the month of June. I believe there is around a $8000-10000 difference, which is signifcant and yes a factor. The question is the extra price justified? I dont mind spending it if it is worth it. Again 4 versus 2 seater is a definite asset but Im less then two people in the car 95% of the time, worst case scenario, I could get insurance on my moms car just in case and take her car as needed.

The only thing is if I go out with friends or for snowboarding then I need the space and place, so I can take the other car.

Well if you really want a G35 you should wait till the end of this year because they will have the new G37 out and I'm sure you can walk away with a g35 for a pretty good discount.... Now I had the chance to see a G37 up-close at the NY auto show last week it's a great looking car and the price is in the mid 40's the only downside I see is they will sell a ton of them maybe more the G35.

not true. ived owned ferarri. to me it represents class. lambor to me is flash and trash. would never be caught dead pullin up in somethin so flashy. p.s. i like the z cause the exterior lines look sharp to me. the 35 is too smooth lookin.

Sure you can make a suggestion, well Lexus is my favorite car/company. In terms of value, reliabilty, very low amortization. The 4 door does turn me off but I will consider it. I still have a couple of months so Im in no rush.

Hey Prada, don't want to confuse you even more but consider the BMW 335, these 3 cars are compared all the time in magazines and in forums. I test drove all 3 cars and in the end got the 335, only downside is that it is a few thousand more but not much more by any means. Anyway, it is just a thought you can't really compare the other 2 cars to it. 300 hp and 300 tq 0-60 4.8 seconds. Handles amazing and brakes are enormous. And most importantly just looks so good . And you can't beat BMW when it comes to warranties, literally almost everything is covered and free. I never have to worry about repair or service.

I have the red interior like the one in the pic as well, but it's not a photogenic car, it looks a lot nicer up close.

Yeah.....Ive kinda become anti-german last couple years.
Unless it comes with a 10 year warranty, especially an Audi.
My friend has an M3 and I tried the 645, I liked the later but the performance of the M3 is mesmerizing, I know Id end up killing myself with that car and Im not being facetious. There is no way I could drive that car under the speed limit..........impossible so might as well cross that off. You totally control that car, purrs like a cat, feel the throttle, the M power....when Im the passenger I feel like my heart is going to explode.

They are both pretty much the same... your question is pretty much the import equivalent to asking whats better a Camaro or a Firebird?
The only difference with the two cars is a little styling and a couple of seats, I'd take the one that seats 2...

I ordered the 350Z for my mom before they were even out yet. She loves it, I hate it. She speed shifts the thing! I personally don't care for sports cars anymore. My first car was a 240 Z. I know have an Infinity M35 and I love it.
