Just wondering if there are any fellow wakeboarders or anyone into watersports on here? Do u find it to effect your working out, being so sore after a day on the water?

ive only got to go wakeboarding once, I was suprised that I could just about stay up on the board after one afternoon,
id love to go again, my mom lives up near lake of the ozarks and im gonna try to go up this summer and maybe do some then.......
I think if I could have any job in the world id be a pro surfer or wakeboarder...
I wakeboard 2-3 times a week. If I am sore, I skip the gym for a day or two, or do cardio, or work out a body part that is not real sore. IMO, wakeboarding is a great workout on its own...
BTW, what kind of boat do you ride behind?
I love to wakeboard. My wife and I have a jet ski and a boat and we're all about the lake during the Summer. My feet begin to hurt before my legs do when I wake board, most likely because I'm flat footed. Attached is a picture of my boat. It's a 2007 Sea Doo Speedster with 210HP. Our jet ski is a 2006 Yamaha VX110.
STOCK, it a CWB Sol, its my first board, i just started riding last season and Im hooked! What type of board do u ride?
mavsluva: nice boat!
looks fun as hell
I ride a 05 CWB Absolute Plat and I have a Mastercraft x2 boat that has the sickest wake. The Sol is a great board to get good at WB. We have a blast in the summertime.
i just bought a wakeboard this summer unfortunatley my boat doesnt have shit for a draw and doesnt throw much wake but its still a blast i've ridden it maybe 10 times and i can already land 180's and im not bad goofy footed which i thought was descent for being on it a whole 10 times cant wait for the summer here
I also wakeboard. yo its probably one of my fav things to do when the sea is flat and i cant get any good swells, which is a good amount of the time around here on the east coast.
I ride a liquid force canyon and i have a hyperlite but i never liked it, my buddy uses it more then i do. we cruise behind a sea doorxp with 215hp since i cant afford a decent boat. and it comes in handy for tow-in surfing as well
as far as working out the day afterwards, i do unless its the first couple days of getting back on the board. those are the only days im sore, after that the rest of the summer is pretty sore free.
