    you should maybe try some creatine or something to get some strength.

    you need to work on your form, your all over the place.

    once you've been lifting for a few years, you should maybe try some anavar or something.

    thanks everybody! i am happy with the press, but the deadlift i had alot more left in the tank, i think i could have pulled 650lbs, but i screwed up my 2nd attempt, lost my balance and droped the weight, so instead of going higher for my final lift, i repeated the same weight

    i know, i had 600lbs in me for the press. they wouldnt give me a 4th attempt because the meet was running long. the guy running the meet apologized,but i didnt care,i understood. actually i would rather hit it at my next meet because i am going to drop my body weight back to 198lbs and go for the 600 press for an official triple body weight lift.
