I see alot of new threads looking for the magic solution, which steroid will get me big and strong? People over look eating and then are disapointed with their results. If you are not getting bigger and stronger you simply are not eating enough! try this way before you bump dosages.
These things will make you big and strong!!

I increase my food intake and sometimes feel like throwing up cause i eat soo much and yes when i do this i gain muscle and fat at the same time how can u explain that, i think every1 is different and when your body wants to put muscle on it will but increasing calories too much will just add fat.
