Dallas Mavericks
you guys are seriously me off. I cant believe we are done 3-1, but i still have faith were coming back
-
I am going for the mavs, but GS is gonna take em. Since Nelson knows Dirk, so far, his factor has been 0. And with your MVP at 0, its hard to pull off a win, much less 3 in a row.

I was hoping for a Spurs/Mavs rematch!!

even the odds are pretty slim for the mavs to pull it off, mavs are the kind of team that could pull it off

The Spurs have a suffocating defense and crippling three point ability (Horry, Finley Barry Bowen) I don't see anybody stopping them if they play up to their potential.
//totally biased view

Mavericks have a known reputation for choking during crunch time. GS is totally outplaying them.

bah dont even talk about the mavs
you win 67 games in the reg season and cant beat the warriors. I guess the warriors beat them all 3 times in the reg season tho..
The mavs look like they dont even wanna win

If they didn't drop their second to last game of the regular season by sitting out 4 of their 5 starters against them..The Clips would've made the playoffs and GS never would've gotten the opportunity to torch them in the 1st round

I really haven't seen much of anything pertaining to the Round 1 series, but I told myself prior to Game 1 that the Mavs would be a ship without a sail should the Mavs cough up 1 of their first 2 home games against the Warriors. All that regular season hard work to obtain the number 1 seed....down the drain.
The ONLY way...and I repeat....the ONLY way the Mavs prevail in this series is by blowing them out in Game 5. The Mavs need to make Golden State question their ability to close this series, and a good ole rear kickin' in Game 5 could very well do that.

same thing happened to the Pistons last year...burnt out in the regular season. GSW will win, Spurs will win, Rockets Will Win, Suns will win. Suns will beat the Spurs and the Rockets will beat the Warriors. Rockets vs. Sun for the Conference Finals. Suns going to the championship game. Bulls are playing some SICK ball right now. I am scared for my Pistons lol. But if they settle down and don't get cocky they'll win in 6. They'll beat New Jersey or Cleveland whichever one then we'll have a Detroit Vs. Pheonix finals....good deal...

Detroit Vs Pheonix I agree on that one Drez

The Mavs have lost something like 9 out of the last 10 games vs. the Warriors dating back to before the trade. I don't think they are more talented than the Mavs by any means besides in one area; coaching. No knock on Avery Johnson because he's done a hell of a job but Don Nelson knows that team just as well and made the right adjustments in the game to prevail.

Im going with Bulls and Suns in the finals. And Nash will tear those rookies a new one.

Agreed^...if the Bulls do beat the Pistons and go to the finals they will be no match for the suns. Although a Heindrich and Nash matchup would be fun to watch. The Pistons CAN stop them, they have the weapons, but it could go either way. However the Pistons have to get past the bulls first and right now it ain't lookin' easy...

"We" are not down anything, unless you play for the Mavs.
They don't play defense and fall apart in the playoffs. Same shit happens every year.
