    Had my shoulder surgery!

So, Friday I went in for surgery. We originally thought from my old MRI that it was just a torned and smashed suprasmatindus or whatever.. The surgeon said I had also 2 bone spurs and a torn labrum.. Everything he said is fixed now.. and said in 3 months I would be good to go.. I can not wait.. I have had this injury for about 3-4 years.. Im excited to see what my bench will be.. or hell.. all my lifts should be a lot heavier now.. Im guessing?

yeah but take it slow man, u DO NOT want to injur that shoulder again. start your benching with just the bar, and then add 25's just to see u know. just to be safe. dont walk in there in 3 months and throw on what your used to benching. doesnt work that way
