I ate a jar of peanut butter on my precontest diet!

All in one sitting too. Can you imagine that! The nerve! Yet, I'm still losing weight. I usually do this once a week as a part of my calory cycling scheme but I did this two nights in a row and I'm still losing weight. My metabolism is kicking into high gear - probably as a result of conditing to intense cardio + clen and t3 which I've never done before. Yet, the clen and t3 didn't do this over the last few weeks so maybe it's just my conditioning to cardio. I'm becoming a mean, lean fat burning machine! I'm looking forward to posting my pics. As you'll see I shred up.

Lol. Trust me, my metab is nothing to write home about. That's why I'm surprised. I've never done a show. Maybe I should. I just like to look freaky lean! Not many can get that radical look and there's a reason for that. The dieting is tough and it requires major sacrifice. I do it for the challenge and I like the fringe benefits.

Nice bro. I do it every year and for me the goal is simply being more radical than the year before. That's satisfying to me. My real bread and butter is my conditioning - I don't have the genetics to get super huge but I have some nice lines and shape. Once I get my fat low, I have killer abs and I've never done abs! Do you have any pics of you?

I think it pays in the long run to bring your cals up atleast once a week. The natural PB has all those healthy fats and it gives a bit of an anabolic kick I think. You have any pics of you shreded?

no, lowest i've been is around 11% which was pre-bulk cycle, in PCT now.

I used to be a right fatty (like 30%) so will be interested to see if I can get good abs/definition or if I've focked it all up

I eat a jar of PB every week for the same reason, thought I was the only one who did this.

Ever mixed whey with PB? Try it

***ends. When I've got too much fat typically around 45min to 1.5 hours ED. Now that I'm leaned up, 20 min. twice a week. Training is intuitive with the guideline of plenty of sets and reps (volume) and never the same workout. First excercises basic and heavy followed by chaos and a bad attitude (nice guy underneath).
