Pure Whey protein powder - chocolate creme flavour. That or peanuts - I love peanuts but for the goals listed I'll have to stick with my answer.

I'll take cottage cheese....as long as my stomach didn't give me probs. Good protein, some carbs and if I needed some fiber I can just eat the bark off a tree. that should keep me strong and lean.:D
