    Cheapest place for diamonds

    I remember one of the vets on this board was a diamond broker?

    Also over the years I've read tons of threads where you brothers have gotten and engaged and married.

    My question is this;

    Where is a good place to find large diamonds at the lowest price. Quality is not really an issue as long as it is not flawed to the naked eye. Online or offline, only requirement is that they accept credit cards.

    Looking for size and bang for the buck, about a 3 ct stone.

    I don't know where you are located but I've dealing with a broker in Los Angeles for years and they get great deals. I got a 3.5 ct diamond cut ring appraised at over $50,000 for $18,500.

    you could try a synthetic diamond... i think they are identical to the real thing, they are just made by humans not nature.

    I talked to an African taxi driver from that area when I was in Denver about that movie... he said that that doesn't really happen anymore and the wars now are more over political control than diamond trade money.
