Thats funny shit cause i watched his training videos and hes like "yah im really focusing on free weights right now and not machnes and it seems to be working really well" not a direct quote but he was saying something along those lines. And BTW hes all natural, it said so in a magazine! HAH!

Seriously tho, i think the bb'ing champs of today could smoke mustard gas and not feel a thing. Its like who ever can take the most drugs without dieing wins
