Kroger Steak!

I am pretty sure it was a mis mark of the entire round steak section but it was $0.99/lbs! Check your local Kroger if you have one and maybe you'll get as lucky as me! I bought 40 freakin pounds!

I'm sure it was luck but I didn't know if they corporately sent out the pricing tags or not cause it's was freakin awesome. I'm going back tomorrow to see if they have more to add to my big freezer. It's all leaner than hell, too. I'll post a pic when I finished cooking my late dinner

ya, man, my krogers had a sail also, not quite that good, but good enough.

needless to say, I will be eating about 1.5-2 pounds of steak every day for the next 23 days (2.50 a pound)

chicken was 1.88 a pound

Here it is! Grilled some red potatoes and onion to go with it! I'm calling it my cheat meal for the week because it's a ton of food and I was horrible and keeping my diet last week.

im quite jealous. 99 cents a pound is a steal, without a car and publix in walking distance I was happy with 2.49 lb for some steak/chicken.

Yeah, it's usually 3.99+/lbs but I'm very sure someone messed up. I just wasn't sure if it was a corporate mess up or not. I'm just hoping they don't notice until late tomorrow so I can buy another 40 pounds. I went for other groceries and only came back with steak tonight because I took $50 cash and no cards on me!
